Job summary

Managed Mobile in Richfields, CA seeks a Business & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and business analysis. This role partners with the Director of Business & Accounting and the executive team to drive operational excellence and growth.

You will oversee AR/AP, month-end close, budgeting, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional projects while developing the accounting team and maintaining accurate, timely financial data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AR, AP, POs, and general ledger.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop KPI dashboards and financial analysis to support decisions.
• Mentor accounting and office staff; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance across departments.
• Collaborate with executives to drive operational efficiency and growth.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
