Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. in Sedro-Woolley, WA is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team. You will oversee general ledger, payroll, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager - Controller and requires strong technical skills in SAP/S4 Hana and UKG payroll, plus the ability to mentor staff, manage month-end closes, and provide actionable financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Extensive experience in private, public, and/or corporate accounting with GAAP.
• Proven ability to mentor staff while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial accounting, general ledger, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with journal entries.
• Manage payroll in UKG and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee SAP, S4 Hana implementations and financial tools.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and audits.
