Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AP processes and a dedicated AP team from Sedro-Woolley, WA. You will manage invoice processing, payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers), and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/AP, 3+ years in supervision, and strong Excel/ERP skills (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics; Docuware preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting or accounts payable experience, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics); Docuware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process and AP team, including invoicing, expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and payments.
• Recruit, train, and supervise AP staff; set goals and monitor performance.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate payment terms with the purchasing department.
