Job summary

Greenlight Networks is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead accounting operations during a rapid consolidation and growth phase. You will partner with the VP Finance/Controller to drive planning, forecasting, and financial insights across acquisitions and PE reporting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong technical accounting expertise to ensure timely financial statements and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in progressive accounting roles including management and external reporting.
• Active CPA designation; Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
