Job summary

Tri Source International, a growing global BPO, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager / Controller to own the full accounting cycle across multiple entities. This hands-on role partners with executives to provide financial insight, improve processes, strengthen controls, and support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will drive profitability, cash flow, and sound financial practices, serving as a proactive business partner who explains why numbers happen and where to go next.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day accounting function for multiple companies and entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, including GAAP compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide clear, practical financial insights and recommendations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance profitability and cash flow.
