Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks an Accounting Analyst based at our Warrendale, PA facility.

You will review fixed asset expenditures, manage Field Service Module accounting, oversee shipments and invoicing, and support monthly closings and budget tracking. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years in manufacturing or related industries, and have solid financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and their practical applications.
• Experience with financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review expenditures classified as fixed assets and related entries.
• Oversee Field Service Module accounting within the business system.
• Process and audit shipments, invoicing, and commission payments to sales reps.
• Prepare monthly division performance and budget analyses.
• Assist audits and coordinate tax collection, payment, and reporting.
