Job summary

The role focuses on fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable routines, monthly closings, and internal control support. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 3 years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare division performance reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze expenditures classified as fixed assets.
• Maintain accounting aspects of Field Service Module of the business system.
• Review shipment and invoicing of products; monitor commissions for sales reps.
• Prepare and analyze monthly division performance and budget tracking.
• Assist in monthly closings, audits, and preparation of work papers.
• Coordinate sales/use tax, receivables collection, and bad debt reserves.
