We are seeking an Accounting & Administration Specialist to join the Eagle office, with duties spanning meticulous bookkeeping, financial analysis, payroll, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage books and maintain high accuracy in financial records.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and expenses to inform operations.
• Prepare monthly closings and coordinate with the tax accountant.
• Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Provide administrative support across the organization and vendor relations.
• Lead or supervise virtual bookkeepers as needed.
