Qualifications

5-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in financial reporting and GAAP.
Proven leadership abilities to oversee accounting operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL, cash).
Supervise and mentor the accounting team for accuracy and growth.
Lead month- and year-end close with timely financial statements.
Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare budgets/forecasts.
Manage client billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
