Qualifications

• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience including AR/AP and full cycle bookkeeping.
• Experience with high-volume processing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication and high confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles.
• Able to identify small discrepancies and patterns in data.

Responsibilities

• Close the books with 95%+ accuracy at least 3 days before monthly financials meeting.
• Execute accounting tasks on time and accurately.
• Provide strategic financial insights for key decisions.
