Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Owned the finance function somewhere, ideally at a firm doing $3M+
• Impeccable attention to detail
• High integrity + discretion with confidential info
• Great communication and time management
• Strong QuickBooks experience, and willingness to use AI daily

Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks is your jam)
• Reconcile bank & credit card statements
• Manage A/P, A/R, commissions and payouts
• Own the month end close and the P&L
• Work directly with CEO, GM, outside accounting firm and family office
• Use AI daily to work faster and more accurately
