Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per year (final amount will be dependent on experience)

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
• Full books reconciliation across multiple departments
• High volume processing experience
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, FreshBooks, or similar
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
• Master multitasker who can prioritize like a pro
• Solid grasp of accounting and corporate finance principles
• Sharp eye for details
• Enjoyment of continuous learning

Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)

• 2+ years of Accounting
• 1+ year of analysis/budgeting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with financial forecasting and statistical analysis

• Close the books with 95%+ accuracy at least 3 days before each monthly Financials Meeting
• Execute accounting tasks on time, every time
• Offer strategic financial insights that influence key decisions
• Handle corporate and personal transactions efficiently
• Own the CEO’s personal financial management
• Collaborate with team members like a financial rockstar
• Think analytically and solve problems with precision
• Communicate clearly and confidently, internally and externally

• QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, FreshBooks (or a similar accounting platform)
