Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of electrical and utility solutions, is seeking a Customer Service / Quotation Specialist. You will build strong relationships with Hubbell Power Systems customers and prepare quotations, review orders, and coordinate between engineering, marketing and field sales to meet customer needs.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, support order delivery, and help resolve AR issues and returns. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication across phone, email, and in person interactions.
• 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to deliver outstanding service and grow opportunities.
• Review quotations and coordinates with Business Units and customers.
• Serve as liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Field Sales and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery and resolve AR issues and returns.
