• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with packaging products or distribution preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication; bilingual preferred.
• Proficient data entry and MS Office experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the RFQ process: specify material, collect customer information, maintain quote log and coordinate with purchasing and sales.
• Serve as primary contact for Strategic Customers and Sales Staff for project information.
• Provide prompt communication regarding challenges to meet order expectations.
• Evaluate input from a technical standpoint related to cost, production schedule and order entry.
• Identify cost saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prepare quotations for estimators and review costing and invoicing against quotes.
• Organize, prioritize and monitor multiple projects through development, production, and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
