D&H Distributing seeks a Strategic Account Representative in a hybrid role, based near either our Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL offices. You will manage assigned active and inactive accounts, drive revenue, margins and breadth growth, while delivering top-tier service to reseller clients.

The role emphasizes building relationships, setting bids, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Must be able to travel locally and maintain CRM-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
• College education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and forecast revenue, margins, and breadth.
• Set product prices for bids and quotes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Create call plans and perform outbound calls to reseller base.
• Record outbound campaign results in CRM.
• Collaborate with vendors, business units, and departments to grow revenue.
• Answer inbound sales queue daily.
• Respond promptly to phone and email requests; meet SLA.
• Attend trainings and quarterly meetings; engage at reseller shows.
• Present professional image in all interactions.
• Maintain customer transactions in ERP and track opportunities in CRM.
• Create and present business plans for targeted partners.
