Responsabilidades

• Partner communication and meetings with operators, quality updates.
• Account management and maintaining customer relationships.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Identify and resolve order or item issues promptly.
• Assist in project execution and quoting opportunities.
• Coordinate sample packages to partners for category growth.
• Escalate high-level issues to senior managers.
• Identify areas for platform enhancements.
• CRM documentation of leads and opportunities within 24-48 hours.
