Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 10 years industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs site operations to ensure staff meets service agreements.
• Maximizes profitability through superior client service and prompt communications.
• Plans and monitors daily staffing schedules to meet demand.
• Manages revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
• Trains, develops and motivates employees for growth and performance.
• Manages the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget prep, reporting).
