Job summary

MedOne, a full-service PBM, seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact and manage pharmacy benefit plans while analyzing performance data. You will collaborate across departments in a supportive environment and help design and optimize client plans.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, maintaining documentation, and communicating plan performance trends. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with a focus on client education and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area or equivalent work experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization in interrupt-driven environments.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to educate and consult with clients to resolve issues and develop solutions.
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and provide prompt, accurate service.
• Serve as first contact for client inquiries and plan design questions.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and updates to plan designs.
• Analyze plan performance and identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead client review meetings and promote MedOne programs when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
