Job summary

Emerson is seeking an NI Strategic Account Manager in Albuquerque to lead strategic engagement with Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align NI solutions with mission objectives, drive growth, and build trusted advisor relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.

You will need U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain site access and a DOE clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain customer-required site access, as applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DOE clearance is required.
• Residence in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, or the surrounding New Mexico area, or willingness to relocate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as required to customer sites and company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver growth for Sandia and Los Alamos labs.
• Collaborate with NNSA account team to coordinate customer engagement strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineers, scientists, program managers, and executives.
• Drive demand generation and opportunity development through account planning and technical consultation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities aligned to missions.
• Partner with Business Units and strategic partners to maximize serviceable opportunities.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer roadmaps and funding priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members to sustain a high-performance environment.
• Ensure exceptional support that leads to long-term partnerships and recurring business.
