Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Account Manager in Pooler, GA to act as the primary liaison between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring daily requirements are executed accurately and on schedule.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, organizational rigor, and collaboration across operations to deliver top-tier service and continuous improvement. AI-enabled tools will be used to optimize reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory handling, and transportation coordination.
• Proficient with WMS, MS Office, and customer reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts with timely communication.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound appointments with warehouse operations to meet timelines.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, billing, and customer docs.
• Generate customer reports like Receiving Reports, OS&D, inventory summaries, shipping updates.
• Support billing by preparing docs and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service levels.
• Monitor account activity and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Embrace AI tools to streamline admin tasks and improve reporting accuracy.
