Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to support our Liquid Bulk Logistics portfolio. You will manage strategic accounts, retain relationships, and position cross-sell opportunities across the full suite of Odyssey services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in bulk liquid logistics or related fields, strong relationship-building skills, and experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel. This role offers remote eligibility and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/logistics.
3–5 years of account management, sales, or customer service in bulk liquid logistics or related industries.
Proven ability to grow client accounts and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Bulk Managed Services and Tank Intermodal accounts and meet/exceed expectations.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Odyssey's portfolio to enhance client value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans addressing client needs.
Track retention, expansion, and cross-sell metrics and report progress to leadership.
