Curtiss-Wright in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to manage key accounts and drive sales growth within a large geographic area. You will maintain key client relationships and design strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

This position operates under minimal supervision, offering a dynamic opportunity to significantly impact our sales performance and foster long-term client partnerships. Location: Tempe, AZ • Salary Range: $86,100 - 100,000 per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of account management or a similar customer facing role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to manage large/complex multi-million dollar key accounts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Account Management: Maintain Book of Business relative to sales, margin, bookings, and manage pricing and contract negotiation.
• Managing and ensuring LOB delivery status, proactive communication of schedule movement, and drive customer scorecard to best-in-class performance.
• Develop objectives, strategies, and actionable plans to improve both short- and long-term sales performance.
• Client Engagement & Presentation: Lead business review presentations for key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide detailed product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
