Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a diverse manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with supply chain representatives and engineering personnel.
• Provide timely responses to order status, expedite requests, returns, or shipping changes.
• Assist with maintaining the customer portal communications daily and relay issues to management.
• Enter all assigned customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Assist with producing documentation for estimates.
• Participate in on-site customer meetings and system audits as required.
• Manage scorecard inputs and ensure compliant status.
• Support production control with admin tasks to maintain capacity schedules.
