Job summary

Bodycote is seeking an Account Manager to manage plant-level accounts in the Eastern ADE region, handling inside and outside sales, quotations, and customer engagement. You will work with customers and plant staff to set production expectations and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities include developing trusted advisor relationships, performing sales calls, delivering quotations, and coordinating with plant teams to meet customer needs while pursuing new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• 10 years in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Experience quoting pricing and managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Conduct sales calls and respond to inquiries from customers and potential customers.
• Develop and deliver quotations and clarify customer requirements.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to meet production expectations.
• Manage projects and growth opportunities with customers.
