LINQ is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts, delivering white-glove service and building trusted relationships. The role focuses on account health, retention, and growth, with a hybrid schedule from Pittsburgh or Baltimore offices.

Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing invoices, and driving quarterly business reviews for strategic accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client caseload and be the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor account health, identify risks and opportunities, and address urgent issues promptly.
• Drive client retention by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Conduct regular QBRs for key accounts and propose strategic opportunities.
