Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with assigned Medical Products and Distribution customers. The role involves coordinating with customer supply-chain teams and Cardinal Health groups to ensure flawless service and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities include preventing order disruptions, reviewing orders, and driving retention and growth. This position requires up to 35% travel and strong MS Office proficiency across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of customer management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer accounts.
• Bridge relationships between the customer’s supply chain team and Cardinal Health teams.
• Support customer expectations through proactive reviews and engagement.
• Prevent order disruption by addressing inventory issues and product conversions.
• Resolve open orders by analyzing trends and taking action.
• Advocate for customers across Cardinal Health teams for rapid resolutions.
• Track, measure, and report KPIs monthly.
• Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships to drive retention and growth.
