Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through usage, retention, and revenue expansion.
• Present value propositions of Paycom solutions to clients at various levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and transition teams to ensure smooth client ownership and continuity.
• Travel up to 75% as needed to meet with clients and attend trainings.
