Responsibilities

• Owns final bid number and GO/NO-GO decisions with the team.
• Prepares turnover packets and ensures clear scope communication for field teams.
• Manages the book of business and targets growth while protecting margins.
• Reviews cost-to-complete and reconciles with project engineers and estimators.
• Drives client retention, satisfaction, and timely closeout documentation.
