Job summary

Qualifications

• Manage self and Apprentices/Helpers to meet project deadlines, quality and budget.
• Ensure safety of team members, self and customers on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of self, team and customers and enforce PPE.
• Schedule material orders and obtain POs to facilitate accuracy of Accounts Payable.
• Submit daily time and project progress to Service PM and Estimator; notify PM of scope changes within 24 hours.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and reference Completion List before leaving site.
• Mentor Apprentices and Helpers to grow and perform at their highest level.
• Handle other tasks as assigned and keep van clean and stocked.
