Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support the Customer Experience team in Phoenix or Santa Clara. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing high-visibility projects, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with customers.

You will work closely with TAMs and other departments to optimize processes, prepare MBRs/QBRs, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in data center operations, project management, or sales, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in data center operations, project management, customer support, or sales.
• Experience in the data center industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior administrative support for the CE team.
• Lead scalable process design and implementation for customer support operations.
• Develop reports on operational performance, SLA compliance, and financial metrics.
• Prepare MBRs and QBRs in collaboration with the S&T team.
• Cultivate and manage key customer relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee customer communications, tickets, and portal requests.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Operations, Sales, and other departments to align timelines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and document best practices.
