Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Experience with contract management and administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Senior-most administrative support for the Customer Experience (CE) team, driving improvements in inter-departmental communication.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable processes for customer support and administrative operations.
• Collaborate with TAMs to develop reports on operational performance, SLA compliance, and financial metrics.
• Develop a strategic understanding of customers’ businesses and cultivate key internal and external relationships.
• Oversee customer notifications and responses via the Customer Portal, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Oversee the CE ticket queue and portal dashboard requests, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Liaise with Real Estate and other departments to align CE activities with projects and timelines.
• Refine CE documentation and review Service Action Reviews (STAR) for accuracy.
