You’ll manage complex stakeholder relationships, drive platform value, and ensure measurable outcomes while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and proactive in expanding platform usage and value realization.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Implementation, or related field, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer relationships and long-term success with assigned accounts.
• Lead onboarding and implementation programs with stakeholders to ensure successful client launches.
• Increase platform adoption through training and change management for admins and users.
• Advocate for customer needs across Sales, Product, and Support, sharing feedback for improvements.
• Contribute to renewal and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization.
