Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking an Account Manager for Concrete Forming Solutions in Miami, FL. You will build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, identify opportunities, and propose value-driven building material solutions to support project success.

You will develop new business while managing existing accounts, coordinate with internal teams on credit, inventory, and forecasting, and represent our industry-leading lumber, plywood and forming products with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years sales in construction/building materials or related industries.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer challenges and provide effective product and service solutions.
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage accounts receivable and customer payment activity.
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory reports.
