UFP Concrete Forming Solutions in Miami seeks a Field Project Manager to drive concrete formwork projects from contract through closeout. You will coordinate across Sales, Design/Estimating, and Operations to meet timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff, reviewing formwork drawings, managing inventory and scheduling, and supporting field crews and customers to ensure successful project completion.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction operations, formwork, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects end-to-end across sales, design, estimating, purchasing, production, delivery and field support.
• Develop and manage critical project timelines; obtain customer approval and track progress.
• Lead project kickoff and ongoing communication to confirm scope, dates, constraints and formwork requirements.
• Review formwork design/detail drawings prior to release and support customer approvals.
• Monitor production progress, costs, and quality; conduct plant visits and progress reviews.
• Coordinate shipping and jobsite delivery; resolve schedule changes.
• Provide jobsite support to ensure crews read drawings and use formwork systems correctly.
• Prepare post-project recaps including customer experience and opportunities for improvement.
