Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree with 2+ years in retail, customer service, outside sales, landscaping, or related field.
• Preferred 4-year degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Landscape Architecture, or Business.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain pesticide license and CLT within first year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead consultant for a dedicated book of business and foster long-term client relationships.
• Conduct regular site audits and QA to ensure maintenance meets contract specs.
• Tailor communications for HOA boards, commercial PMs, and high-touch buyers.
• Identify opportunities for site improvements and prepare proposals for enhancements.
