Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Account Manager in Detroit for a manufacturing environment to serve as the primary contact for key customer accounts. Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 supplier interactions.
• RFQ ownership, quotation preparation, and proposal management.
• Commercial experience including pricing, contract discussions, profitability reviews, and customer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the company externally.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, pricing activities, and customer requests.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
• Conduct account reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
• Ensure successful communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
