Work Model: Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to join our team onsite in the USA. The SAM will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in US staffing, client management, and delivery leadership, particularly in MSP/VMS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned strategic clients, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and MSP leads
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
  • Work closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure consistent pipeline and timely closures across IT/Non-IT verticals
  • Analyse performance metrics, prepare client reports, and lead regular reviews/QBRs with clients
  • Resolve client escalations proactively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth strategies
  • Stay informed on market trends, client updates, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–12 years of experience in account management/client services within the US staffing industry.
  • Must be currently residing and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume accounts, especially in MSP/VMS environments.
  • Strong understanding of US hiring models – W2, C2C, 1099, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in verticals such as IT, Engineering, Non-IT, or Telecom is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • Prior onsite experience with large enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
