Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers customer service for assigned customers and serves as the main contact for Sales and Merchandising managers.
• Handles customers’ orders for specified customers, ensuring timely entry of orders and correct pricing.
• Manages book features, market requests, settlements, and broker commissions to support timely delivery.
