Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a leading indie Advertising Agency to find an Account Supervisor. You will lead client services, bridge between clients and internal teams, and ensure campaigns are strategically grounded, creatively excellent, and delivered flawlessly.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate across creative, strategy, media and production, and help grow accounts. The agency is headquartered in Minneapolis and offers a hybrid work environment; target base salary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency environment, with 1–2 years leading client accounts at a strategic level.
• Strong strategic and creative mindset rooted in insights.
• Integrated marketing knowledge across branding, digital, traditional media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their businesses, brand goals, competitive landscape, and success metrics.
• Translate insights into strategic campaign briefs, ensuring the work aligns with client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations with clarity, confidence, and strategic thinking.
• Mentor and support more junior account team members in their growth.
• Collaborate with creative leads, strategy, media planners, production, and other internal teams.
