Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Lead Account Manager for Portfolio & ECM in Columbus. You will be the primary liaison with clients, guiding strategy with senior leadership to grow portfolios and drive customer lifecycle marketing.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize spend, retention, and loyalty across campaigns. The role emphasizes managing portfolio KPIs, reviewing marketing collateral, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 8–10 years in account management, sales, finance, product, project management, marketing, or credit card portfolio management.
• Experience in portfolio management and customer marketing is preferred.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment is a plus.

Responsibilities
