Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 8-10 years experience in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, credit card portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a productive relationship with brand program owners and leads brand partner meetings.
• Influences and partners with cross-functional teams to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Executes the strategy for all existing cardholder marketing and manages campaign timelines.
• Applies understanding of P&L to recommend portfolio and marketing adjustments.
• Develops annual portfolio KPIs to guide marketing strategy and funding allocation.
• Ensures integration of card program benefits across marketing channels and monitors results.
