Job summary

Accupac is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of personal care and healthcare client accounts in a hybrid Harleysville, PA role. You will develop deep knowledge of clients’ products, brands, and strategies, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in account management within CDMO/CPG environments, excellent communication, and strong CRM and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or related field.
• 5–7 years of account management or client services experience.
• Experience in CDMO, CMO, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of personal care and healthcare client accounts.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each client’s products, brands, and business strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct recurring account reviews, share performance metrics, and propose service enhancements.
• Identify growth opportunities including new product introductions and expanded services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond quickly to questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including account status, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates.
• Collaborate on demand planning, forecasting, and business development strategies.
