Job summary

MP+F is a Nashville-based full-service agency seeking an Account Executive to lead client projects, develop team and client strategies, and coordinate with managers and senior supervisors. You will communicate with clients, help build and track budgets, and review bills, while developing managerial skills for progression within the firm.

The role emphasizes written content creation, media relations, team leadership in meetings, and collaboration on new business proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing/PR/communication or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or PR with client strategy and execution focus.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writes and edits press releases, media pitches, website/blog copy, digital ad copy, Op-Eds and social media copy, plus media plans and communications strategies.
• Reviews content written by team members.
• Manages up and supports team leaders as second in command and coordinates tasks to keep projects moving.
