Job summary

Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) seeks a detail-oriented Account Specialist to support and grow relationships with optical disc/games customers. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, ensure smooth production workflows, timely communication, and exceptional service throughout manufacturing and distribution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in business/related field.
• 4+ years’ customer service or account management experience in a physical media environment if possible.
• Knowledge of demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, scheduling and distribution in large-scale environments.
• Strong proficiency with ERP, CRM and Office software; ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients from production to delivery, ensuring timely communication and service.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with production, design, logistics and finance teams to meet project timelines.
• Maintain contracts, rate cards, SLAs and client commitments; monitor timelines and notify clients of delays.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and provide solutions to customers.
