Job summary

HRforGrowth is sourcing a Customer Service Representative for a 3PL operations role serving gaming and media clients. The CSR acts as the frontline account owner, coordinating orders, shipments, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the South Bend, IN area, this full-time role requires collaboration with Operations and Sales, ability to manage multiple accounts, and travel up to 10% during peak periods and client escalations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or operations support in a 3PL, distribution, ecommerce, or logistics setting.
• Direct experience supporting gaming, media, entertainment, or collectibles clients in a 3PL or fulfillment context.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/fulfillment processes: order mgmt, pick/pack/ship, inventory control, returns.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and OMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain logistics constraints clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned gaming and media clients regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and service performance.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, outbound orders, transfers, and returns per SLAs and launch calendars.
• Monitor order activity across channels; identify delays, exceptions, and risks and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Handle escalated inquiries from client service teams about order status, tracking, delivery issues, and returns.
