Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Strong working knowledge of ERP, data analysis, and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal contact for assigned accounts across manufacturing, planning, distribution and logistics.
• Translate client requests into actionable production specifications for plant and print teams.
• Produce formal quotations and price proposals for prospective customers.
• Manage orders accurately and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, quality service for clients.
