Job summary

Polar Analytics is seeking a senior Customer Success professional to drive value for ecommerce brands and manage strategic accounts end-to-end. You will align on success metrics, advocate for product improvements with executives, and guide adoption of MCP AI workflows.

You will leverage experience with Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and other platforms to ensure renewals and expansions while helping brands optimize ROAS and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience serving ecommerce brands with ROAS focus.
• Comfort interacting with C-level executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic portfolio of accounts from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Lead implementation as a project with multiple stakeholders and data validation across sources.
• Define success criteria in writing and align on business questions and decisions.
