Polar Analytics ?❄️ is seeking an experienced Customer Success leader to guide ecommerce brands through our data platform. You will own strategic accounts, orchestrate end-to-end implementations, and drive ARR growth by expanding partnerships and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with executives, understand revenue impact, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. A remote-first role with global client base, requiring strong analytical thinking and ownership.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success at a B2B SaaS company serving ecommerce brands.
• Experience articulating value to executives (C-level) and presenting to leadership.
• Ability to reason about data, margins, LTV, and retention.
• Strong technical acumen; comfortable with data integrations and API concepts.
• Proactive, owner-minded with plan-first mentality and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with multiple stakeholders and data validation.
• Define success criteria in writing before kickoff and track outcomes.
• Build executive relationships and run QBRs to influence data strategy.
• Advise on connector coverage, attribution models, and data stack integration.
• Forecast renewal risk using data signals and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Identify expansion opportunities and close with Sales.
• Drive adoption of new capabilities and manage upgrade conversations.
• Lead AI conversation with accounts and demonstrate concrete MCP workflows.
• Translate customer problems into product insights that shape roadmaps.
• Push back professionally when alternatives better meet customer needs.
