• 3–5 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or a client‑facing role with a track record of success.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues, complaints, or requests.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to maximize account potential.
• Proposal & RFP Management: Prepare and manage proposals, bids, and RFP responses for annual service contracts and one‑time project work.
• Client Relationship Development: Build and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, site visits, meetings, and participation in industry events and client functions.
• Collaboration with Operations: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth job execution, clear communication of scopes, and fulfillment of client expectations.
• Market Development: Participate in networking and association events to promote Valcourt’s services and expand the company’s client base.
