Job summary

Valcourt Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive branch revenue through proactive sales, strategic account management, and exceptional client service.

You will build long-term client relationships, manage existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities for our commercial window cleaning and exterior maintenance services.

The role requires collaboration with operations, strong communication, and a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales/account management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a competitive drive and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of any service issues, complaints, or requests.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize account potential.
• Proposal & RFP Management: Prepare and manage proposals, bids, and RFP responses for annual service contracts and one-time project work.
• Client Relationship Development: Build and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, site visits, meetings, and participation in industry events and client functions.
• Collaboration with Operations: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth job execution, clear communication of scopes, and fulfillment of client expectations.
• Market Development: Participate in networking and association events to promote Valcourt’s services and expand the company’s client base.
